IT 111 Week 2 Podcast Spring 2008

Thanks for these tips. Having learned the "old" way with HTML, I would seriously fail code validation if I didn't followed these tips. I think coding a line break with with the slash inside the tag is odd, but that's how they do it now I guess.
I also liked you object lesson with nesting. :-) I hope there are more object lessons to come!
Thanks for the feedback. You'll quickly get used to the slashes in those stand alone tags.
I assume you're referring to the stacking dolls as the nesting example. I was in Sitka Alaska last summer and every shop had them. I'd use the Russian nesting doll example so many times in the past that when I saw them I decided to buy a set.
